The space is already there and there is a need for an adult section. Our thoughts are to keep the former pool area, make it into a family area and keep the other one for adults. I also question having an outdoor pool in upper Michigan for the number of months it can be used. The new indoor pool is very small, larger one outside. Although it is still there for the moment, plans are to fill it in. The former indoor pool was larger,wonderful Jacuzzi, sauna. As others have mentioned, the pool is different. I didn't eat in any of the restaurants this stay so can't address changes made in eateries. The property is beautifully landscaped all around. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. I was glad they didn't change the rooms in their remodel. The staff is friendly,The rooms are clean, well thought out with décor, amenties are great. 1st let me say that the hotel continues to be wonderful. They remodeled over this past year and it is complete now.
We have seen every change they have made. I write this all so that my review is not based on just 1 stay. Once they built the hotel, I have stayed there each summer. We have been a part of each change and expansion they have made over the years. I have been going to Little River Casino since they opened as I have relatives in the area.
